Sharing Space: The End?

Hello loyal readers,
I’ve decided to no longer post chapters of Sharing Space online. As I prepare to send off the manuscript to a few literary agents, and pitch it at the writers conference in May, it seems it’s in my best interest not to give away the whole cow for free.
I hope you’ve enjoyed the time you’ve spent with the cow thus far. Should someone decide to distribute the cow’s milk for a small fee, I hope you’d be so inclined to pay for a cup. Ok, I gotta stop the cow metaphor. Or is it an analogy? And I call myself a writer.
For those of you that enjoy my fiction, I have stuff that is solely for the internet and that will be posted on various Saturdays. As for Wednesdays, another day that was previously dedicated to Sharing Space chapters, beginning next week I’ll be posting a new feature, “Nina’s Top Ten.” I think you’ll like it.
Don’t worry. This is not the end of Patrick and Chloe. God willing, it’s just the end of Patrick and Chloe for free. Hopefully, one day in the near future, you’ll have your very own copy on your bookshelf. And I’ll sign it. And you can say, “I knew her when… her shit was free.”
Love,
n.

Nina is a 34-year-old mother, wife and writer who spends her days blogging, studying, changing diapers and watching ridiculous amounts of TV. She currently resides in Atlanta, Georgia, with her husband, two children and three TiVos.

I prefer Patrick and Chloe to Edward and Bella, and as much as I'd like a literary form of the work, I can honestly see Sharing Space more as a film project.
I am disappointed, but I hope that the constructive criticism and/or the adulation gave you a bit more confidence to seek out what you deserve: the milk... ;o)

LikeI'm so sad. This is like when one of my favorite shows gets canceled while on hiatus, and you never get an ending. I know that there will be an ending and I know that it won't be long before it can be found in my local bookstore, but I don't like the wait. It's like waiting for the next Stephanie Plum novel to hit the shelves... and then reading it r---e---a---l slow to savor every page.
Good luck and make sure to let us know as soon as it's available for purchase... I'll be saving my pennies.

LikeI am proud of you and I thank you for the honor of having a sneak peek at your book. I'm sad for me, but so happy for you.
Don't let me catch you goofing off when you could be working on getting the book published! I got my good eye on you Nina. Hurry up and get the book published already! It's not a matter of IF, it's a matter of WHEN. Make it happen woman!
Damn, I really AM sad. *Signing off to go find some comfort food*

LikeWe, as your loyal readers, have felt privileged to be a part of the sculpting of this novel. I think I speak for everyone when I say that it was honor to watch your writing grow, to read the characters you have crafted and we are all eagerly awaiting the publication of this novel, both in support for you and in a desire to know what the heck happens with Chloe and Patrick.
Kudos to doing what is best for your writing craft, regardless of how hard it may be.
